Tbh, had a very comfortable stay except for this visit.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

All aspects of the hotel were beautiful, especially staff and location.

I had nice days staying at this amazing boutique hotel. Everything was really good and spotlessly clean, I enjoyed location and staff.

I liked the hotel's staff and location. Took me 5 minutes to get to train station. Checkin was good.

Ideal base for 3 nights with understanding staff especially the receptionist that we dealt with.

Its location was central, 300 metres from a public park. They gave us a twin room with good lighting, coffee, for example as we booked.

Every detail was nice, including staff and location, I liked how clean the hotel was. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, multi-channel television and a seating area.

All the services were good, the room was brand-new with a fan and hairdryer, as example.

Planned to see Galway major attractions and it was vacation base for visiting all of them. We stayed in this property for 2 nights and we loved our choice.

Staff were beautiful and I appreciated my stay. The rooms with good lighting and mirrors. Generally everything was great, yet the bathroom was poor. Fantastic central hotel in a gorgeous area close to The main train station ad Eyre Square, a huge attraction in Galway and pubs and restaurants and shops and centre of town.

I loved to spend time in the great main bar. Everything was simply perfect.

It was spotless, and I liked excellent location and staff. I slept so comfy in the incredible bed. Cake in the reception, convenient.

Luxury hotel, comfy room and fantastic location. Fabulous view, a great balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Efficient check in and well-organised service. Not to mention strong wifi! Luxury property conveniently located in the city.

Simply wonderful location, great value and polite staff, personalised service. I liked having coffee/tea making machines, iron and ironing board. Tasty continental breakfast - fab fresh bread, pastries, milk and cheese.

Room is marvelous, breakfast is good hot, location is unbeatable.

Pool was good and clean, rooms were incredible. The location was remote, practical.

Location is handy and I liked recently refurbished rooms and very informative staff. All in all it's pretty clean place, they have soft beds. It has overnight parking, downstairs bar.

Worth its 3 stars. It's good choice for visiting some must see attractions in Galway. Central location. The breakfast was delicious with lots of meals. Appreciated staying at the double room.

It was next door to Galway city center. Our room was very clean. Excellent base for a 2-night stay.
